ORDER PLACEMENT AND COMPLETION PROCEDURE
2.1 Order placement

The Customer can place an order on or via the Website in the following manner:

– Select the desired Product, style, color, and size
– Add the Product to the cart
– Review the order and proceed to checkout
– Fill in personal and address details
– Verify the information provided
– Select a payment method and complete payment
– Receive a confirmation e-mail for the placed Order

Note: This first confirmation e-mail does NOT mean the payment has been processed or that the order is completed.

If the e-mail address provided is incorrect, Andria Jewelry will not be able to send confirmation e-mails or shipment information.

2.2 Discount Codes

Andria Jewelry may offer Discount Codes at its discretion.

Personal Discount Codes may only be used once and must be redeemed in a single order.

2.3 Order completion

After an Order is placed, Andria Jewelry will:

– Verify order details
– Check address accuracy
– Confirm product availability
– Confirm receipt of payment
– Decide whether to accept or reject the Order

If the Order is accepted, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that the Order has been completed and will be processed for shipment.

2.4 Order Rejection

Andria Jewelry reserves the right to reject Orders, including but not limited to the following cases:

– Incorrect, incomplete, or false information
– Payment not received
– Previous failure to meet payment obligations
– Abuse or misuse of the ordering system
– Obvious pricing or clerical errors
– Inability to deliver to the provided address

If an Order is rejected, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
3.1 Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as reasonably possible after completion.

Shipments may be made via third-country carriers. Andria Jewelry is not responsible for any import charges, duties, taxes, or customs-related delays.

All import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Changing the delivery carrier at the Customer’s request is not possible.

3.2 Shipping address and personal information

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, Andria Jewelry is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries.

3.3 Delivery issues

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

If any issue occurs before delivery, the Customer must contact Customer Support with the Order number and details of the issue.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 Prices

Prices are displayed in the Customer’s local currency where applicable.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The total Purchase Price is shown in the Cart and confirmation e-mails.

4.2 Price changes

Andria Jewelry may update prices at any time. Prices at the time of Order placement apply.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be completed using the methods available on the Website prior to Order fulfillment.

RETURNS

Customers may return Products within 14 days of receipt at their own cost, provided the Product is unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Products purchased at a discounted price are not refundable.

A return form provided on the Website must be completed and included in the return package.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Products must be inspected upon receipt. Defects must be reported within 14 days with appropriate proof.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Andria Jewelry will provide a suitable solution.

7.2 Liability

Andria Jewelry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall never exceed the Purchase Price of the Product.

FORCE MAJEURE

Andria Jewelry is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or governmental actions.

OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS
